Spring is Definitely…Springing!

At times of transition, even in moments that may seem commonplace, I always find myself being a bit reflective and usually, pleasantly surprised by the changes that occur–even when I expect them.

It was just a few short weeks ago that multiple days of heavy snow resulted in mounds that were more than two feet high in some places. Now, the days have been consistently sunny, and to my delight, some of the daily temperatures will climb above 60 degrees–and it is only early March! While the evidence of a winter that has not quite left us is still all around, there blooms in its midst, evidence of a new and hopeful, spring. For those who quite enjoy experiencing the changes each season brings, NUHS Lombard, Illinois in Chicagoland just might be the place for you.

With this being Week 9 in the trimester, course assessments are once again underway, DC clinic internships are just passing the halfway mark, National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE), 2021 Licensing Exams are being scheduled and taken, and the story of COVID-19 yet continues, so it’s definitely nice to be able to just pause for a moment and appreciate the new developments that each day brings and the hope that each new, springtime bud and leaf represents.

As spring approaches, what are you hopeful for in the new season?
