“My name is Dylan Kahn, and I am currently heading into my sixth trimester of the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Florida campus of NUHS. I have a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, with a minor in chemistry from Florida State University. When I am not in school, I love to adventure with my fiancé, Sarah, powerlift, and play the piano. I hope that this blog will be helpful to all those that read it in understanding my journey as a chiropractic student, and what life is like for all of us on this path.”

“My name is Christina Sweiss and I am a chiropractic student at National University of Health Science’s Illinois campus. I was born and raised in the southern suburbs of Chicago, and received my Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from Loyola University Chicago in 2023.  I am planning to pursue the field of functional neurology out of fascination with the brain-body connection, and am driven to help all kinds of people optimize their neurological health. Outside of school, I love playing guitar, exercising, exploring Chicago and going to local concerts. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, reading thrillers,  crocheting/knitting, and anything that involves my dog, Piper. I am beyond excited to be providing this online community with education on the great things that Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can do for our health and well-being, as well as highlighting some of my own interests within the field. I am continually inspired by the inherent beauty of the human body and spirit. In terms of health philosophy, I believe the best medicine is the free gift of grace which, once received, restores the alignment of the heart. In my free time, I enjoy walking with my husband, reading books on religion or poetry and swimming in the ocean when available.”
