Contrary to my last post depicting my fatigue through this trimester, our choosing of student clinic placement today does present the light at the end of the tunnel. By selecting which clinic I will spend at least Tri 8 in, I am guiding myself toward the population I want to serve.
As I am writing this blog, we have just finished Week 7, which means we have officially made it halfway through this trimester! Usually at this point it feels like the term is flying by and will be over before we know it. Today I don’t feel this way.
After another brutally stressful midterm week, I am reminded once again of how important stress management and mindset can be when going through our program.
Last weekend, I had the honor and privilege to represent NUHS at the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners 22nd Annual Student Leadership Forum. Located in Greeley, Colorado, I along with representatives from five national student organizations and eight chiropractic colleges attended in order to not only be given a deeper insight into the organization that is the NBCE, but also the exam process that affects all of us as we strive to attain licensure.
I can’t believe I am saying this but it is already the end of the first week of Tri 7!
