Dr. Driscoll receives Quilt of Valor for his service in the Marines
National University of Health Sciences’ alum Richard Olff, DC, recently presented Daniel Driscoll, DC, Dean of Institutional Compliance, with a Quilt of Valor. Dr. Olff’s sister, Kathleen Kirby, made the quilt, paying tribute to Dr. Driscoll’s service during the Vietnam War in the 1st Battalion, 9th Marines also known as “The Walking Dead.”

National University of Health Sciences’ faculty member Jennifer Gantzer, DC, MS, DACBN, FACN, was recently part of a discussion on the state of the chiropractic profession as part of an episode of Chiropractical, a National Chiropractic Mutual Insurance Company (NCMIC) podcast. The host talked with Dr. Gantzer and 19 other leaders within the chiropractic profession at The National, one of the largest chiropractic events organized by the Florida Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Kim appointed Assistant Dean of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Program
Hyundo Franz Kim, PhD, MSOM, LAc, has recently been named Assistant Dean of the Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Program (AHM) at National University of Health Sciences (NUHS). Dr. Kim, who previously served as Chief Clinician of the AHM Program at the NUHS Whole Health Center in Lombard, has been teaching at NUHS since 2007.

Carlo Guadagno, DC, DACBSP®, ICSC, FICC, a National University of Health Sciences’ Florida faculty member, was recently honored by the Tampa Hispanic Heritage Inc. as a distinguished leader in the field of chiropractic education and sports medicine. Dr. Guadagno received the 2023 Hispanic Leadership Class Award at a ceremony at Tampa River Center September 19.
