Description:

This is an Independent Contractor position with a graduated split fee payment schedule. Lachman and Associates is looking for a motivated and like-minded ND who desires to build or start their practice in Bucks County, PA. The practice currently sees children and adults with a variety of primary care and specialty concerns. Because we are in PA, we are a 100% cash-based practice. Lab testing can be ordered through a third-party provider.

We are looking for someone for at least 2 days per week, more if patient load warrants. We have a bright, beautiful office with 2 treatment/hydrotherapy rooms, a sauna room, room for current ND owner, lab/prep area with centrifuge, waiting area, ample parking, and an adjacent unit that can be used for presentations. Days and hours are flexible, but once set will need to remain somewhat firm.

There is also potential for a new graduate to utilize this opportunity as a mentorship, working closely with our staff and learning all of the sides of running a medical practice. You will learn how to acquire new patients and how to retain them and will be expected to be excited to build your own practice and your own patient base by networking in the local community without having to worry about an office and overhead costs. You will be responsible for building your practice and networking in the community by contacting related professionals and developing relationships. You’ll build your practice by meeting prospective patients at networking events, which happen during breakfast, lunch, or after work. Patient retention is your responsibility. Opportunities also exist to earn income at an hourly wage for performing hydrotherapies for our current patients or doing other work around the office. Current modalities include the following: constitutional hydrotherapy (provided by staff or yourself), infrared sauna, finger-prick and phlebotomy blood testing, homeopathy, nutrition, supplements, and physical modalities.

Requirements

Applicant must have an active ND license in a U.S. state. Residency or one year of experience preferred.

Company Overview

We see patients in office and virtually. Current modalities include: constitutional hydrotherapy (provided by staff or yourself), infrared sauna, finger-prick and phlebotomy blood testing, homeopathy, nutrition, supplements, etc.

Amenities include hydrotherapy suites, infrared sauna, front office staff, bookkeeping, EHR, cleaning, office supplies, and an opportunity to grow within an established practice with an impeccable reputation. Staff include a full-time office manager, part-time office assistant, part-time nurse/hydrotherapist, and part-time outreach coordinator/hydrotherapist. There is also a physician assistant contractor who specializes in regenerative medicine (platelet-rich plasma and human cellular tissue products) for neuropathy and arthritis.

Pennsylvania is not a licensed state. No insurance is accepted. You can order lab testing through a third-party provider.

Company History

Lachman and Associates has been in operation since 2012. It has been voted best in Homeopathy, as well as Best in Family Medicine in the county 3 times. Our business has respect in the community not only for the results that we get but also for how patients are treated in the office.

Julie Lachman, ND, graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware. She obtained her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (then Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine).
