I have successfully been practicing for 20 years and had 6 offices but have downsized to 3 because I am getting tired and need help. I am looking for a hardworking, good adjuster, good listener with compassion and manners who knows how to comfort their patients and not just do what they desire. You need to be able to think outside of the box and not treat every patient the same yet give them what they need, with an effective delivery. Of course, you have to have a sense of humor and be social as that is the best part of my practices. All patients are like friends and families.
If you are the right person, I have been looking for then we definitely need to talk. Compensation is on everyone’s minds these days and I have no problem with that as long as you are willing to work. We can discuss partnership, equity all of that as well, along with percentage of collections. I am open. Malpractice is covered, health insurance is offered, paid vacation is there, and I do not micromanage. I want to work less and spend time with my kids but with 3 busy practices I work 6 days a week!
