Lately, I’ve been learning more about the chakra system, essential oils and sound therapy—and I’m loving how they can take healing to the next level!

I recently started seeing an aromatherapist, and honestly, it’s one of the best self-care choices I’ve made. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend it! She combines reflexology with essential oils to open the chakra system and enhance overall well-being. The chakra system consists of seven main energy centers in the body, running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra is linked to different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being, and when they are blocked or unbalanced, it can manifest as stress, pain or emotional turmoil. Everyone’s experience is different, but for me, it’s been a game-changer emotionally. I feel like I can recognize and process my emotions so much better now. For others like my mom, it has helped her physical body heal and boosted her daily energy.

Thinking back on my journey into acupuncture, it all just clicks. Every step I’ve taken has led me here, and the more I learn about different healing techniques, the more it fuels my passion. A lot of people come in for acupuncture to help with pain, but what I love most is that it’s about so much more than just physical relief. There’s this whole mind-body-soul connection, and I feel so lucky to be on a path where I can help people heal naturally in a deeper way.

Exploring these different healing approaches has just reinforced how powerful holistic medicine can be. Mixing acupuncture with aromatherapy, chakra work and sound therapy opens up so many possibilities for healing. I can’t wait to keep learning and incorporating these tools into my practice. Healing isn’t just about getting rid of symptoms—it’s about bringing balance to the whole person. I’m beyond grateful to be on this journey, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead!
