Sreenivas Reddy, M.D., a board-certified diagnostic and interventional radiologist, has joined the clinical staff at the Whole Health Center in Lombard and is now available to see new patients.

Dr. Reddy specializes in vascular and interventional radiology and has over 16 years of experience performing endovenous laser vein treatments (EVLT) and sclerotherapy along with various vascular conditions. Following National University’s focus on integrative medicine, Dr. Reddy is looking forward to working alongside chiropractic, naturopathic and acupuncture/oriental medicine clinicians.

“I like the clinicians at Whole Health Center and believe in treating the patient as a whole person,” Dr. Reddy said. “I’m eager to learn more about the different aspects of alternative medicine and how I can incorporate them into my practice to treat more than just vascular conditions but the mind, body and spirit.”

In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Reddy will serve a teaching role at the Whole Health Center by allowing interns to shadow the work performed with his patients. “Interns will have the opportunity to learn more about interventional radiology procedures so they are familiar with treatment options for patients with a particular vascular disease,” he said.

Dr. Reddy graduated from the American University of the Caribbean, School of Medicine in 1994 and received fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional radiology from Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center, Chicago. He is a volunteer clinical assistant professor of radiology at the Indiana University School of Medicine and is an active member of Society of Interventional Radiology, American College of Phlebology and Radiological Society of North America, Chicago Medical Society (CMS) and Illinois State Medical Society (ISMS).
