National University will welcome Rep. Chris Nybo (R-Lombard) as the keynote speaker at commencement ceremonies for its College of Professional Studies this week at its Lombard campus. Rep. Nybo will address graduates from the university’s state rep chris nybochiropractic medicine, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture and oriental medicine programs. The ceremony is scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday at the Earl G. Liss Auditorium Building on the school’s campus at 200 E. Roosevelt Road.

“I am honored to be addressing this esteemed body of medical professionals,” Nybo said. “This highly respected institution has more than 100 years of history of teaching and administering integrative health care practices that concentrate on patient care. We are very proud of this Lombard institution and the continuous positive impact it has on our community.”

Rep. Nybo earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago in 2002, and has served in the state legislature since 2011.
