Celebrate spring at National University of Health Sciences! Warmer weather is rolling in, and so are the food trucks as NUHS revs up Food Truck Days for another season.

Save these dates:

Friday, March 30th and April 13th, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.,  Twisted Classics

Twists on classics are their specialty, and Chef Erica Tomei knows just what you want: Try a grown-up grilled cheese with BBQ pulled pork…tacos infused with chicken banh mi and more. Don’t forget Chef Erica’s famous Cronut, a dangerously addictive croissant/donut hybrid!

Wednesdays, April 4th and May 9th & 23rd, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Roaming Hog

Pork pork pork. Sandwiches, loaded tots, burgers, chicken wings, vegetarian options and rotating specialties. Check out Roaming Hog at Chicago’s Best.

You’ll find the trucks parked between Janse and the LRC at their scheduled time.

Share your photos with us on Facebook or Twitter using #foodtruckdays

Students, faculty and staff, as well as the community, are invited to come out and enjoy the great food; the trucks will be here rain or shine.

We plan to bring in more trucks during the summer trimester and will keep you informed!
