What better time is there to celebrate the arts than October, since it’s Illinois Arts & Humanities Month?
To mark the occasion, the National University of Health Sciences Art Gallery is featuring the work of artists from around the Chicagoland area with an Annual NUHS “Open” Fine Art Show. The exhibit includes a wide variety of styles and media, including acrylics, watercolors, photography, and more.
A reception celebrating the opening of the exhibit will be held by the Lombard Arts Coalition at the gallery on Sun., Oct. 16 between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Both the exhibit and the reception are FREE and open to the public.
The Annual NUHS “Open” Fine Art Show, will run Oct. 5 through Dec. 5. The gallery is open to the public during regular clinic business hours which are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, and 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
