While light to moderate exercise is generally safe for most adults, there are several safety guidelines that can help you avoid strain and other potential injuries.

As part of National Safety Month, National University Whole Health Center chiropractic interns have collected various safety recommendations for exercise and other physical activities. By following these tips you can also ensure your exercise routine is as productive as possible.

In the video below, interns discuss how often you should exercise, the type of exercises you can perform and how to properly prepare for exercise.
