As part of National Safety Month, National University Whole Health Center chiropractic interns have collected various safety recommendations for exercise and other physical activities. By following these tips you can also ensure your exercise routine is as productive as possible.

In the video below, interns discuss how often you should exercise, the type of exercises you can perform and how to properly prepare for exercise.
