Standard Process, a leading producer of whole food and quality nutritional supplements is providing one $2500 scholarship to acupuncture meridian lines on male dummyan eligible NUHS acupuncture student.

To qualify, the MSAc student should be enrolled in trimester 2 through 6, and have a cumulative GPA of 2.9 or better. Applicants must also provide a list of their contributions to the acupuncture profession, to the college, and to the community, as well as a letter of recommendation, preferably from a faculty member.  There is also an essay requirement of 500-750 words addressing a specific topic chosen by Standard Process each year. Applications are available online and from the NUHS Office of Financial Aid. The deadline for application is March 14, 2014.

Standard Process has historically offered 3 annual scholarships of $2000 each for eligible NUHS chiropractic students. The new acupuncture scholarship follows similar eligibility and application criteria. Selected applications are sent to Standard Process, who makes the final decision on the recipient of the award.
