In the April issue of Prevention Magazine, Melissa Dybala, ND, DC, a lecturer at NUHS, discusses the natural benefits of red wine vinegar. She also shares her favorite recipes that can be made at home, including a yogurt mask that can be used to balance moisture and reduce acne, a brown sugar scrub to exfoliate dry skin, and a healthy vinaigrette recipe.

Dr. Dybala currently teaches courses in naturopathic theory, neurology, pathology, and business at National University of Health Sciences. She also operates New Day Wellness Center in Wheaton.
