Jennifer Green, ND, DC, National University of Health Sciences Chief Clinician of Naturopathic Medicine, was recently featured in the Natural Practitioner Magazine article, “Putting Health to the Test.”

Dr. Green discussed the various ways lab tests can be utilized by physicians today, including regular screenings based on a patients’ family’s medical history, to monitor a patient’s health status and to determine if any treatment needs to be adjusted.

She also discussed trends within the testing lab industry. 

“The accessibility of home kits is more convenient and cost-effective, and it allows patients to screen for health concerns,” Dr. Green said in the article. “As technology continues to advance and new tests are developed, the demand increases.”
