THE MISSION
We are not a “back-cracking” clinic. We are a Wellness Way clinic dedicated to clinical mastery and life-changing results. We are looking for an Associate Doctor who is ready to execute at a high level, lead patients through complex health journeys, and contribute to a $75k+/month standard of operation.

THE EXPECTATION
You aren’t here to punch a clock; you are here to build a career. Clinical Excellence: Master the Wellness Way approach. You must be obsessed with the “why” behind the patient’s condition.
Leadership: You will manage patient cases with authority and precision. Execution: Maintain high-volume, high-quality care while contributing to the growth of the practice. Growth Mindset: Constant evolution is required. If you aren’t getting better, you’re getting worse.

REQUIREMENTS
Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
Active Wisconsin License (or pending). Alignment with The Wellness Way philosophy. Strong communication and connection skills—you must be able to lead a room and connect.
A relentless work ethic and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
