NUHS staffs clinics for the homeless and underserved at two Chicago area locations and provides free care at soup kitchens. We also work with the homeless in the Aurora area. Our Lombard Center offers acupuncture care to combat veterans with PTSD.

Back Pain Research - Free Care for Those Who Qualify
National University is conducting a research study on treatment for chronic lower back pain. If you qualify as a volunteer, you will be eligible for free care.
In 2015, National University of Health Sciences will be undergoing a regularly scheduled accreditation review by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Prior to an HLC site visit this fall, the commission is inviting any member of the communities we serve, to provide comments to the commission. The HLC has set a due date of August 28, 2015 for comments. If you would like to provide comment to the HLC, the commission has provided a convenient online form that you can use here.
