Dr. Stiefel earned bachelor of
science degrees from Ball State University and National University
of Health Sciences. After earning a first professional degree in
chiropractic medicine, he completed a three-year residency in
radiology and earned a Master of Science degree in diagnostic
imaging.
Before coming to NUHS, Dr. Stiefel taught music at the high school level, was an engineering analyst at a Delco/General Motors facility, and developed HLA Elisa products and FDA submissions for a private firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
In addition to lecturing at Rush University for its advanced practice nursing program, Dr. Stiefel taught undergraduate physics and lectured in the massage therapy program at National.
Dr. Stiefel is currently the Dean for the College of Professional Studies at NUHS' Florida campus.
