Description
If you want to become the kind of chiropractor your patients talk about, the environment you
train in matters more than almost anything else. Acacia Natural Medicine is hiring a full-time
associate chiropractor in North Scottsdale, and we want someone who is at the beginning of
building something — their skills, their reputation, and their career.
Your mentor:
Dr. Meg Byrne, DC, CAcu is the team chiropractor for the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Chicago White Sox. She sees patients, holds the clinical standard, and develops the associates she works with directly. If you want mentorship that actually moves your skills, this is what it looks like.
What you will learn and do:
Deliver structured, evidence-based chiropractic care inside the Acacia Musculoskeletal Method
— a three-phase model (Acute, Stabilization, Wellness Maintenance) that produces real clinical outcomes and patients who refer their friends
Apply dry needling as a standard clinical tool across musculoskeletal presentations Integrate Class IV laser and PEMF therapy into treatment plans
Communicate treatment plans with confidence — presenting findings, building patient commitment, and educating patients on the arc of healing
Work inside a genuinely integrative practice alongside a naturopathic physician, where collaboration on shared patients is normal
What this practice is:
Acacia is a cash-pay practice. That means no insurance constraints, no volume pressure, and
no treatment decisions made for a payer. Our patients are health-invested, solution-oriented adults in Scottsdale who arrive by referral.
What we require:
Active Arizona DC license (required at hire)
Dry needling certification/100 hour acupuncture
A genuine commitment to the craft and to developing your skills
Compensation and benefits:
$70,000–$85,000 (salary + bonus struture)
CEU stipend
Malpractice insurance
401(k)
Direct mentorship from a sports medicine DC with active professional team contracts
Scottsdale is a market where referral-based practices thrive, and the reputation you build here follows you. If you want to start your career inside a high-standard, well-run practice with a mentor who will actually invest in your development — this is the role.
