WHAT WE DO
We are a busy, full health and wellness practice seeing hundreds of patients weekly. Our care model addresses the whole person: proper spinal biomechanics, clinical nutrition, individualized
eating programs, hydration counseling, quality rest, and targeted supplementation. We are focused, we are driven, and we genuinely love what we do — our patients feel that every visit.

COMPENSATION — BUILT TO REWARD GROWTH

BASE SALARY
$80,000 – $100,000 commensurate with experience

PERFORMANCE BONUS
Tied to patient volume, collections, and satisfaction

RETENTION BONUS
Awarded at 12 months and again at 24 months
PROFIT-SHARING
Eligible after 2 full years of associateship

OWNERSHIP PATH
Buy-in or partnership available to the right associate

STUDENT LOAN BONUS
Year-end bonus assistance considered for qualifying associates

One less thing to carry
while you get started. 5PTO and flexible scheduling Vacation credit earned from the start, with a
flexible 3/4 or 4/5-day schedule discussed with the right candidate.

You hold a DC degree (or will soon) and are eligible for — or currently working toward — Pennsylvania licensure. You believe health is more than the absence of pain. You communicate clearly, listen deeply, and want to be part of a team that takes patient outcomes personally. Experience level matters less than mindset: if you are coachable, committed, and looking for a
