Solo practitioner Dr. Mark Richert (National Graduate, December 1994) is looking to retire anytime in the next 2-3 years, and is willing to stay on with an associate for a smooth transfer of ownership of the practice. Dr. Richert has been in business in the area for 30 years, and utilizes diversified technique, electrical stim, ultrasound, massage, and accupuncture, as well as low back and neck traction.

New Haven (in Allen County, Indiana- population ~400,000) is a town with a population of approximately 15,000 and only two chiropractors. The practice is in a self contained, well-kept and renovated 5,000 square foot building owned by Dr. Richert. The section of the building the practice is in is ~1,500 square feet, has four treatment rooms, a waiting room, a receptionist’s area, etc. and is fully furnished, and the other spaces in the building are all rented out, providing a steady stream of income. Dr. Richert is also open to selling the building if there is interest.
