Position Overview:
This is a full-time associate position with significant room for growth. You will have the opportunity to build and grow your own patient base while receiving mentorship and support from our experienced team. We emphasize a collaborative approach and are committed to your long-term success within the practice. This practice provides acupuncture, the ideal candidate would be interested in obtaining an Ohio acupuncture license.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough patient examinations and assessments
Provide chiropractic adjustments and treatment plans
Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on results and wellness
Participate in community outreach and events to help grow the practice
Collaborate with our team to maintain excellent patient experiences

Compensation & Growth Path:
Starting Salary: $60,000 (provides stable income while you build your practice)
Opportunity to transition to a percentage-based compensation model once your patient base is
established and appropriate milestones are met
Potential for significant income growth as you develop your practice

Qualifications:
Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC) from an accredited program
Active Ohio chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Acupuncture certification or experience is ideal but not required
Strong commitment to patient care and ethical practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for community outreach and practice growth
New graduates and experienced chiropractors are welcome to apply
