LEAD CHIROPRACTOR – PATH TO OWNERSHIP
Established chiropractic office in Naperville, IL seeking a motivated chiropractor to step into a
Lead Doctor role with future ownership potential.
We offer:
• Starting salary of $75,000
• Performance bonus structure (based on monthly collections)
• Total compensation potential of $90,000–$120,000+

• Established patient base, experienced staff, and proven systems
We’re looking for a chiropractor with strong adjusting and communication skills who enjoys
patient care, relationship-building, and practice growth. Responsibilities include patient care,
report of findings, retention, referrals, and participation in approximately 2–3 community outreach activities per month.
