**Associate Chiropractor (3+ Days/Week) – Growth-Focused Opportunity with Path to Ownership | Naperville, IL**

We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered chiropractor to join our Naperville, IL clinic for a minimum of 3 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role and potential
ownership.

This position is ideal for a doctor who wants to build something—not just work a schedule. You’ll have the ability to develop your own patient base within an established practice while being
supported in your growth as a clinician and communicator.

**Position Details:**
* Independent Contractor (1099)
* Minimum 3 days per week (opportunity to expand)
* 40% of collections compensation model
* Flexible schedule within clinic needs
* Existing patient flow + opportunity to build your own volume

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

* Providing high-quality chiropractic care and patient education
* Building relationships that drive retention and referrals
* Taking ownership of new patients and growing your schedule
* Participating in light reactivation efforts to help grow the practice

**Who This Is For:**

* Chiropractor licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) in Illinois
* Strong communicator who connects easily with patients
* Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based role
