Join our dedicated team at Middlebury Chiropractic Clinic! We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chiropractic Associate to provide exceptional care to our growing patient base.

We are specifically looking for a Doctor of Chiropractic with a focus on pediatric and pre-natal care. Our community is full of midwifery and birth center locations who are actively seeking pre-natal and pediatric chiropractic care for their
patients.

Middlebury Chiropractic Clinic is a chiropractic and wellness clinic well-established in our community for over 45 years. Our newly renovated office with up-to-date equipment, excellent support staff, and an overflowing patient base is turn-key for an associate to join and hit the ground running. We are a cash-based clinic, which gives our providers the freedom to practice and focus on patient care without the encumbrances of insurance reimbursement or authorization.

Our practice and its providers utilize many different chiropractic techniques and modalities, massage therapy, and exercise therapy for optimal patient outcomes.

Established DCs and students are welcome to apply.

Duties of Chiropractic Physician:
-Patient Consultation & Examination
-Patient Treatments: CMT, therapeutic modalities including Shockwave RPW, Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression therapy, exercise therapy, and patient education
-Clinical Evaluation & Interpretation of Diagnostic Imaging (digital x-ray on site)
-Treatment Plan Management
-Treatment Documentation/Charting (all electronic notes through ChiroTouch)

Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program
-Active Chiropractic license in IN

Schedule:
-Full-Time (Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00, Friday 8:00-12:00)

Compensation:
-$75K – $100K base salary + commensurate bonus structure
-Income based on productivity and collections.
Pay Range: $75K to $200K+
-Compensation package based upon experience, certifications, and training
