Position Details:
•Full-time position
•Competitive base salary plus bonuses and incentives
•First year compensation starts at $70,000 + bonuses
•Up to $150,000+ per year
•Paid malpractice insurance (first year) and continuing education support
•Hands-on mentorship and professional growth opportunities
•Established patient base with consistent new patient flow — no screenings or cold calling
•Experienced, supportive staff so you can focus on providing exceptional care

Ideal Candidate:
•Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree and active (or eligible) Ohio licensure
•Passionate about improving health and quality of life through chiropractic care
•Excellent adjusting and communication skills (current techniques/therapy used include Diversified, Cox Flexion Distraction, Activator, Spinal Decompression, Electrical Muscle Stimulation and more)
•Team-oriented, dependable, and growth-minded
•Dedicated to delivering a true 5-star experience to every patient

Compensation:
Base salary, plus performance-based bonuses.
