We are a well-established, high-demand chiropractic clinic in Central Illinois looking for an associate who wants to step into a busy, structured environment while continuing to grow
clinically.

You won’t be starting from zero — you’ll be stepping into an active practice with systems in place and support to succeed.

□ Clinical Approach

Our practice blends:

Dry Needling, IASTM/Graston, Manual therapy Diversified, Flexion Distraction, Activator Rehab and movement-based care Modalities (including shockwave)

We are continuing to evolve toward:
□ Better patient outcomes

□ More rehab/performance integration

You’ll have the ability to:

Incorporate rehab and exercise Use your clinical judgment
Work within a proven system without being boxed in

□ Compensation & Benefits

We offer a compensation model designed to provide both stability and strong upside:

$72,000 guaranteed base (draw)
Tiered percentage compensation (up to 40%) Monthly performance bonuses
Realistic Year 1 income: $85k–$110k+

– Monday / Wednesday / Thursday – full days
– Tuesday – moderate day
– Friday – high-production day
– Thursday = half-day (built-in recovery time)
– 2 Saturdays/month (short day, additional income opportunity)
