We are a beautifully designed and recently expanded integrative facility celebrating our 20th year in the same location with team of like-minded Chiropractic physicians and full support staff. Positioned in an upscale, north shore location, our well established practice seeks an energetic DC with a well-rounded skill set and ability to masterfully guide our patients through their plans of care, achieve consistent positive clinical outcomes, and successfully grow a practice and our reach into our community.

An ideal candidate needs to have a strong work ethic, eagerness to master our systems, ability to lead other clinical staff, and have true enthusiasm to help people regain and maintain health through natural means. Must be motivated, dependable, detail oriented, and work well in a team setting. Excellent communication skills required. Experience with core rehab and functional medicine a plus.

Some daily tasks:

*Full spine and extremity adjusting using manual diversified techniques, drop table.

* Direct the performance of Modalities with support staff- Manual therapies, Electric muscle stimulation, Ultrasound, Kinesiotaping, spinal traction, direct cryotherapy.

* Provide rehabilitation- one on one, teaching patients home care routines, specific stretches and exercises to improve core and posture

* Manage flow of office and ensure excellent patient experience

* Advanced case management skills for moderate to difficult cases

* Assist with community outreach and business development

Other Requirements:

* Proficient with use of Microsoft office including Excel, Word

* Consistent charting and billing using ChiroTouch EMR

* Dependable and punctual

* Ability to conduct examinations that instill patient confidence and motivation

* Smooth delivery of ROFs

* Strong attention to detail and sense of professionalism

* Willingness to assume new responsibilities

* Must be proactive with strong ability to self manage and prioritize tasks

* Ability to navigate difficult conversations with ease surrounding schedules, finances, and insurance

Pay: $60,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
