Rooted Elevation Wellness is looking for an experienced, dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our peaceful Geneva practice as we expand our availability.

I’m an NUHS massage therapy graduate myself and have been practicing since 2010. I opened Rooted Elevation Wellness three years ago with
a focus on providing thoughtful, individualized massage for chronic pain, stress relief, and overall wellness.

I’m looking for another therapist who genuinely enjoys helping people feel better and can provide excellent care while working independently.

*Who I’m Looking For*

– Illinois Licensed Massage Therapist in good standing
– Maintains own Professional liability insurance
– Ideally 2+ years of massage experience
– Comfortable working independently
– Dependable, professional, and respectful
– Able to provide therapeutic work while adjusting pressure and technique to each individual client
– Comfortable working in a quiet, client-centered environment
– Strong communication and professional boundaries

Experience with deep tissue, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, or other therapeutic modalities is a
plus. You do not need to practice exactly as I do—I want you to bring your own strengths and style to the practice.

This is a great fit for someone who wants a small, established practice environment without having to build an entire business on their own.

*Schedule*

Approximately 5–15 client hours per week to start. Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday availability is especially helpful.

*Compensation*

Starting compensation is $40 per massage hour, with increases based on completed appointments, performance, reliability, and time with the practice. You keep 100% of your tips. Rooted Elevation Wellness provides the treatment space, scheduling system, linens, massage supplies, existing business presence, and opportunities to work with established and new clients.
