This well-established practice of over 35 years in Fort Wayne, Indiana provides a loyal patient
base, weekly new patients and $300,000+ in annual revenue- all without advertising! I take pride in building and maintaining patient relationships and our patients consistently tell us how they love the home-like atmosphere in our office. Our office accepts most insurance plans and self-pay patients. Our office also offers a Myofascial Release Specialist and Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy. We sell a fairly large volume of nutritional supplements and we have a nutritionist that does cellular function testing via biomeridian testing.

Qualifications:
•Doctor of Chiropractic License (Required)

Work Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana

Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8am-12pm and 1:30pm-5pm

Responsibilities:
•Comprehensive evaluation of patients and their
complaints
•Develop customized treatment plans
•Patient education
•Manual manipulation to the spine, or other articulations of the body
•Manual therapy to all areas of the body
•Thorough electronic documentation completed in an efficient manner
•Coordinate with other providers to ensure patients are achieving expected outcomes.
•Communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues
•Adhere to ethical and legal standards

Techniques Utilized: ACTIVATOR, DIVERSIFIED, EXTREMITY, GRASTON, THOMPSON
