Are you an acupuncturist who would eventually like to own your own practice-but don’t want to start from scratch?

After more than two decades of building Elements Acupuncture + Integrative Medicine, we are beginning to look for the right person to eventually carry the practice forward.

This is not simply an associate position and not an immediate practice sale. We are looking for an experienced or highly motivated acupuncturist who wants to develop clinically, learn the business of running a successful practice, and potentially become the future owner.

What makes this opportunity different

You would have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced practitioner and develop skills in: Advanced acupuncture and electroacupuncture, laser acupuncture, chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions, nervous-system regulation, clinical assessment and
treatment planning, patient communication and education, practice management and business development.

Rather than starting a practice from the ground up, you would gradually become part of an established practice with an existing patient
base, reputation, systems, and infrastructure. Our ideal candidate is someone who sees themselves as a practice owner several years
from now. The initial position would be a paid clinical role with substantial mentorship. As the relationship develops, responsibilities would
gradually expand to include patient care, practice operations, referral relationships, marketing, and other aspects of ownership.

We are looking for someone who is:
-Licensed or soon-to-be-licensed as an acupuncturist
-Passionate about helping people with chronic pain
-Curious, teachable, and committed to continued learning
-Personable and dedicated to excellent patient care
-Entrepreneurial and interested in eventually owning a practice
-Looking for a long-term professional opportunity

Experience is valuable, but character, work ethic, curiosity, and entrepreneurial drive are equally important.
