Alchemy Acupuncture & Herbs in Chicago is seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused acupuncturist who wants both meaningful clinical
experience and a sustainable work-life balance. Our evening appointments are in high demand, and we’re looking to add more availability at
those times.

We’re a locally owned, practitioner-run acupuncture practice that has served Wicker Park for 17 years. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team with strong patient demand, built-in referrals, great foot traffic, and experienced admin support.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working alongside other practitioners, and wants to grow within a thriving integrative practice.
Schedule
•Tuesday: 2–8:30pm
•Thursday: 2–8:30pm
•Option to add more days as your schedule grows

About the Practice
Alchemy Acupuncture & Herbs has built a loyal long-term patient base through strong word-of-mouth referrals and deep roots in the Wicker
Park community. We treat a wide range of conditions, with a particular focus on:
• Pain management
• Women’s health & fertility
• Internal medicine
• Autoimmune conditions
• Mental health support

We share space with chiropractors and massage therapists, creating an integrative environment with frequent collaboration and cross-referrals. Our experienced front desk team handles scheduling, billing, and patient support so practitioners can focus on excellent care.

Responsibilities
• Provide safe, effective acupuncture treatments
• Create and maintain electronic SOAP notes
• Prescribe herbal formulas (patents and custom powdered formulas)
• Perform cupping, guasha, electro-stimulation, and moxibustion
• Clearly communicate treatment plans and patient education
• Build strong patient relationships and retention

Qualifications
• Active Illinois acupuncture license
• 1–2 years of clinical experience
• Board-certified herbalist preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude and motivation to grow a patient schedule

Compensation
• Per-treatment rate of $35-42.50
• $420–$510 per day with a full schedule
