Doctor of Chiropractic — Associate Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA | Full-Time Catalyst Health Catalyst Health is a cash-pay sports chiropractic practice in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA located just a few blocks from the beach. Built around Active Release Techniques (ART), corrective exercise, and measurable outcomes for athletes and active adults. No insurance. No billing. No fluff.

We’re looking for a full-body ART-certified Doctor of Chiropractic who wants to do the best work of their career in a system designed to support it—and who’s excited to help grow something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

You’ll step into an established patient base of athletes, weekend warriors, and performance-driven adults who value results enough to pay for them.

Your role will include:
Performing comprehensive assessments and delivering hands-on ART treatment
Designing and integrating corrective exercise into every care plan
Owning patient outcomes—not just visit volume This is a high-autonomy clinical role. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to deliver excellent care without the constraints of insurance-driven practice.

Outside the treatment room, you’ll contribute to practice growth by:

Building relationships with gyms, trainers, and local sports organizations
Attending community and fitness events Maintaining a consistent (and authentic) social media presence
You don’t need to be an influencer—but you do need to be comfortable representing the brand and showing up.

You’ll also be trained in—and expected to execute—our patient consultation and program sales process. Success in a cash-pay model depends on clearly communicating value and guiding patients to commit to care. We’ll provide the system; you bring the willingness to learn, apply, and improve.

What We’re Looking For

Full-body ART certification (required)
Active California chiropractic license in good standing
Athletic background or strong interest in sports performance and movement
Excellent communication skills
Comfort in a cash-pay, high results environment Willingness to learn and follow a structured consultation and sales process
Coachable mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Interest in community engagement and practice growth
Corrective exercise and postural therapy experience is a plus (training provided for our systems)
