Dr Rob GregoryDr. Rob Gregory’s passion to serve his patients inspired him to further his education by pursuing a Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree at National University of Health Sciences. In the midst of his educational journey, he experienced the healing effects of acupuncture for musculoskeletal injuries and pain relief. This influential moment led him to expand his education at NUHS and complete an additional degree in Acupuncture. In 2015, Dr. Gregory received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and the following year he was awarded his Master of Science in Acupuncture.

While attending NUHS, Dr. Gregory had the privilege of being instructed by Dr. Frank Yurasek. His wealth of knowledge and remarkable contributions to the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine professions significantly influenced the education of Dr. Gregory. Additionally, he was honored with the opportunity to collaborate on a journal article with Dr. Yurasek, which was a pivotal moment in his career.

Dr. Gregory’s healing arts career has been a natural progression to provide his patients with extraordinary care that can improve their overall physical and mental wellness. His journey began over twenty years ago when he obtained his Certificate as Strength Coach and Personal Trainer. To further his knowledge of soft tissue injuries and recovery strategies, he acquired his Medical Massage Therapy License. He has established his practice, Longevity Health and Fitness, in St. Charles, IL to provide his community with a centralized office for whole body fitness, health and wellness. His approach and technique is a blend of Western and Eastern physical medicine to provide an array of services to improve the whole health of each patient. Dr. Gregory’s practice is designed to offer chiropractic care, massage, acupuncture, personal training, sports performance training, weight loss and nutrition, with the focus on prevention of future issues and post-activity recovery.

To continuously refine his skills as a healing arts provider, he strives to expand his knowledge of the chiropractic and acupuncture professions by staying up-to-date with the latest evidence based research. He pursues a collaborative approach with his colleagues to ensure that optimum care is provided to patients, because “together we are stronger”. Dr. Gregory is an active member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society and serves as member of several committees.

He is inspired daily by his patients as he sees their overall health progress, their pain reduce and the improvement his patients notice within themselves. “Movement is medicine. Challenge it to change it!” – Dr. Rob Gregory
