The Application Process

Have NUHS complete a transcript evaluation to determine if you meet the GPA requirements and what prerequisite courses (if any) you need to complete. Learn about tuition and financial aid. - Apply.
Apply and submit your $55 application fee. - Complete the Application Process.
Submit all other requirements based on the program you’re applying for. For all graduate and undergraduate programs, you’ll need to submit character references and essay question responses. All programs require an informal interview with an admissions counselor. - Once Accepted.
Pay $225 seat deposit to enroll; complete mandatory academic advising (via phone with faculty advisor) and course registration; determine housing (on-campus housing is available); and attend new student orientation. Learn more about required tasks and explore resources for admitted students.

Deadline
All applications for the September trimester must be submitted by August 1, 2026.
Spring 2027 Application

All applications for the January trimester must be submitted by December 1, 2026.
Summer 2027 Application

All applications for the May trimester must be submitted by April 1, 2027.

While you can apply at any time, we recommend starting the process early. Submitting your application 3 to 6 months before your start date allows plenty of time to prepare and plan for a successful first trimester once admitted. Many applicants even apply twelve or more months in advance for a more comfortable timeframe.
