David Arron Saenz, MPA, EdD  

Associate Vice President for Admissions

David Saenz has over 19 years of experience in enrollment management and student services. Associate of Arts from Triton College (1999), a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2006) and a Master of Public Administration (2011) from DePaul University, as well as a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership and Administration (2023) from Bradley University. 

Additionally, he is a member of professional organizations including AACRAO, NAFSA, NACAC, and AANMC. He has also participated in institutional committees focused on admissions, strategic planning, satisfactory academic progress, financial aid and scholarships.  

As the Associate Vice President for Admission for NUHS, he works with student-facing departments, academic leaders and faculty to support institutional goals. His duties include strategic enrollment management, enrollment headcount and financial planning, programmatic risk assessment and data analysis. He also plays a key role in enhancing the new student experience by creating online and on-campus admission event programming. 

Outside of his professional role, David spends time with his family, coaches his son’s baseball team, supports his daughter’s artistic pursuits, enjoys cooking and watches Curb Your Enthusiasm.
