Instructor, Naturopathic Medicine
ND Clinician – NUHS Whole Health Center, Lombard
Polina Robinson, ND, has been a naturopathic medicine instructor since 2022.
Dr. Robinson’s journey at National University of Health Sciences began back in 2013 when she enrolled in the Bachelor of Biomedical Science program. After completing her first degree, she went on to earn her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.
Dr. Robinson first discovered a passion for education during her time as a teaching assistant and a private tutor at NUHS. While still in the ND program, she simultaneously earned her Master of Science in Human Anatomy & Physiology Instruction from Northeast College of Health Sciences.
Upon graduation, she immediately began working as an instructor and building a naturopathic practice. At her practice, Nourish Natural Healthcare, Dr. Robinson manages a wide range of conditions with a clinical focus in fertility and pediatrics. She has also taught for a variety of health and medical programs at Northwestern College, College of DuPage, Oakton College and Eastern Gateway Community College.
“When a faculty position opened up at NUHS, I was excited for the opportunity to come back to my alma mater and be a part of the naturopathic program once again,” she said.
In addition to representing her academic achievements, NUHS is special to Dr. Robinson because she met her husband there.
“Since joining the faculty, the camaraderie, cooperation, and commitment to our students shown by my colleagues just reminds me why NUHS is so great,” she said. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge with the next generation of NDs and to support the naturopathic professional community as a whole.”
