What you’ll do:

Deliver high-quality, individualized chiropractic care
Identify and address root causes — not just symptoms
Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
Contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability

Compensation & Performance Expectations:

Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 Bonus: % of collections, directly tied to performance

You will earn more by:

Increasing collections through effective care plans and patient retention

Improving leadership skills and taking ownership of clinic operations
Contributing to clinic growth through patient experience, referrals, and brand presence Job Type:
