Prosperian Integrative Clinic is seeking a family medicine or women’s health–focused ND/DC or DC to lead an established integrative clinic in St. Charles, Illinois. Acupuncture certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including history, physical exam, and diagnostic & functional lab Women’s health exams including breast, pelvic, and PAPs are required.
• Develop individualized care strategies using integrative and functional medicine principles and modalities
• Collaborate and delegate care with multidisciplinary providers
• Maintain accurate patient records within EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
• Stay current with advancements in integrative and functional medicine; CEU requirements for DC in Illinois

Qualifications

• ND/DC or DC license (or ability to obtain Illinois licensure)
• Acupuncture certification strongly preferred
• 2+ years experience in an integrative or functional health practice model preferred
• Recent graduates will be considered if training and clinical focus aligns with our clinical model
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply
