Aligned Modern Health (“AMH”) seeks outstanding new grads and experienced physicians to join our functional medicine and clinical nutrition team. We are currently looking to fill several full-time positions at our Park Ridge, Vernon Hills and other Northwest Suburban clinics. Our functional medicine practice currently consists of 13 licensed Functional Medicine Physicians and four Licensed Dietitian Nutritionists.
We provide outstanding patient care combined with best-in-class customer experience. We are looking for licensed DC/NDs who want to be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing company and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Our ideal candidate is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI) and has two years of clinical experience working in functional medicine. Candidates with less experience and/or other specific additional training in functional medicine will also be considered.
Licensing Requirements: Active Illinois Chiropractic license or one that can be activated within 14 days of hire date.
