The practice is seeking a chiropractor to join the practice. I am a professor of anatomy and physiology at UIC, and I am only in my office 2 1/5 days a week. This is an opportunity to step into practice that has been active for the past 36 years. I plan to retire in 2-3 years. Consequently, there is potential to gradually take over / purchase the existing practice and establish your own with minimal capital investment.
We are in Melrose Park, Illinois, a single-story office space on the first floor with excellent exposure to Lake Street. Newly redecorated, our office has been in practice for 35 years.
Our practice is a large percentage on a referral basis and has treated patients over generations. My practice is focused on diversified adjustments, distraction, therapy modalities, and rehabilitative exercises. X-rays are taken in our office. I am flexible in terms of techniques that you may want to use.
