Front Royal-High Performance Clinical Team, Associateship!
Performance Sport and Spine is seeking a full time (40 hours) team member to join our High Performance Clinical team. Candidate must be confident with evaluation and treatment skills in the outpatient orthopedic and general population clinical setting.
•Compensation: During the first six months, a base salary range of $65,000-$75,000 is paid depending upon experience and training. After being employed for 6 months, physicians will be paid a percentage of individual collections based upon a progressive sliding scale design. Realistic expectations for salary range $75,000-$144,000 annually.
•Benefits include paid malpractice insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, health insurance, continuation education reimbursement, and option for short term disability policy.
Candidates with additional credentials in Athletic training or as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist will be weighted.
Knowledge in soft tissue treatments (i.e., FAKTR, GRASTON, ART), needling therapies (i.e., acupuncture, dry needling), and functional movements and rehab (i.e., FMS, SFMA, TPI, GRIP) desired but not necessary.
