If you are looking to start or move your practice, we have a fully furnished facility ready to go. No equipment needed. It’s all here. We are actively seeing patients and seeking an office share. All you need to do is build your practice. Everything else is in place. 4000sq ft total You own your practice and your patients. This is an office “sharing” only. We don’t share patients or revenue. The cost is reasonable as you are splitting expenses with other professionals. Essentially, we split all expenses by what percentage of the resources you use. Successful framework for 30 years. The last chiropractor stayed 11 years and now we are looking for another one to share space with. The benefits are almost endless. Including having lower overhead.
