Skills Needed for this position:
- Be Able to communicate with clients the value of service to their pain point in a way that they can understand why your plan of care recommendation is the best solution to solve their problem
- Getting to know clients on a personal level. We create strong relationships with our clients and support them through sport and beyond, they are people first and clients second so there is a strong emphasis on getting to know them.
- Ability to manage each clients progress and coordinate their progress and needs with team members that may also work with them
Responsibilities
- Client Satisfaction and Retention: Success in this position is helping clients stay on schedule to that they achieve their transformational outcomes
- Provide a Great Client Experience: We are so much more than a healthcare clinic. We create relationships with clients, they build trust in our team and we support them for years to come. We support them at local events they compete in and continue to follow up to hear about how their events went. Your job is to provide your clients with a great experience to stay on schedule and keep coming back and continue to work with you.
- Help athletes make better decisions: Our mission is to help people function at their optimal potential. By meeting with prospective clients through discovery visits, your job is to help them understand how our team can help them. We expect an 80% Success rate (Conversion) of Discovery visits.
- Constantly Improve Therapy and Soft Skills: Be open to learning new things from our team of providers as well as Investing in continuing education
