PRACTICE:
The practice is for sale. Dr. Snyder is a third generation chiropractor and is a graduate of NUHS and looking toward retirement. He currently works 3 days a week seeing 30-40 patient’s. The practice is primarily cash, accepting only 2 different health plans. Will stay for transition. The practice is on the main North/South Street of town, the space is leased (1100 sq. ft.) with a full basement for storage, etc. there are 3 treatment rooms, file room, nutrition room, 2 restrooms, and a private office and lunchroom. Adequate parking is available. Bowling Green is located just south of Toledo off of I 75 which runs from Northern Michigan to all points South.
AREA:
Population 30,000, home of the Bowling Green state University( 17-18,000 student’s); large rural population, 20 miles south of Toledo, 2 hours from Columbus, 3-1/2-4 hours to Chicago, 2 hours to Cleveland, Lake Erie, Cedar Point amusement park; 7 chiropractors in town, 3 graduates from National; Wood County Hospital; BGSU supports 18 different sports to include football, basketball, hockey, swimming, track and field, soccer, golf, to name a few. Dr. Snyder has worked with the athletic department for the past 22 years primarily for the hockey team and men’s basketball team, and recently with the football team, with referrals from other sports by various trainers. A background in sports medicine, orthopedics, and family care would be essential in helping to make whomever a successful practice and provide a quality of life. There is also an active Chiropractic Association in Northwest Ohio that encompasses 5 counties as well as a State Association.
