John Campione .Florida 2019Dr. John Campione is an instructor in the Clinical Sciences Department, teaching courses in Functional Rehabilitation, Ambulatory Trauma and Palpation Skills.
 
"I developed a passion for teaching because it helped me be a better student," he said.  "When I prepare to share knowledge with students I get to investigate new and exciting information regarding the subject. With that I get to influence the future doctors that I get to see every day," he added. "I see my students as future colleagues and take advantage of learning from them as much as I teach them."
 
He explained that he joined the NUHS faculty due to his "passion for teaching and the opportunity to build a better rehabilitation curriculum on campus.  I want to help the profession continue to shift paradigms."
 
Dr. Campione specializes in neurology, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, functional movement and sports medicine. He also holds numerous certifications, such as Strength Training and Conditioning, Neurokinetic Therapy and Functional Movement Taping.
 
He is the father of two children and is a Master Instructor for Rocktape, as well as host of the RockTape Podcast.
