In order to continue to receive federal, state, and institutional aid, students must maintain at least half-time status each trimester of enrollment.
Undergraduate Students
Undergraduate students who are eligible for a Federal Pell Grant may receive assistance if enrolled with less than half-time course load during a trimester.

Note: Beginning Fall 2011, first-time Massage Therapy students must enroll in 225 clock hours or more for half-time status. Continuting Massage Therapy students need 180 clock hours for half-time status.
Graduate Students
All graduate programs
Students must have paid all university charges must be paid in full or have made satisfactory arrangements with the Student Accounts Manager prior to the start of the next trimester. Students with an outstanding balance will be unable to register for the next trimester.
Students who are not meeting minimum academic standards may lose eligibility for federal financial assistance. Academic performance is measured at the end of each trimester and students are notified by the Registrar's Office of any academic deficiency. Continuation of federal aid is based on the student meeting a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) and completing a minimum amount of attempted coursework each trimester. Learn more »
