Clinical Research Program

The Clinical Research residency program is full-time and 3 calendar years in length. A Master of Public Health (MPH) degree through the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) is an integral and mandatory part of our program. The cost of the MPH program can be offset by working as a research assistant for UIC.

Applying

We are currently accepting applications for Fall 2025. We accept only one Clinical Research resident per year with the program commencing on or around September 1st of each year.

Applications (except for the application fee)  can also be accepted electronically to [email protected].

The on-campus interviews take place in April. We like to notify the selected applicant in May to give them 3-months notice prior to beginning the program.

Benefits

The resident is compensated with stipends for each year in the amounts of $32,000 (with license $33,000) for year 1; $34,500 (with license $35,000) for year 2; and $37,000 (with license $38,000) for year 3. Health insurance is provided along with 2 weeks (10 days) of paid time off each year. In addition, all National University postgraduate programs are complimentary.
