Dr. Charles C. Tasharski received his doctor of chiropractic degree in 1967 from National College of Chiropractic. Following graduation he completed a three academic year residency in radiology under the auspices of Dr. Leonard Ritchie of NCC.
Professor Tasharski has held a faculty position in the radiological sciences at NUHS (NCC) for over 40 years. In addition he served as a chiropractic physician in private practice in Berwyn, Lemont and Lockport, Illinois for over 15 years. He is a long time member of the American Chiropractic Association and National College Alumni Association as well as a fellow in the International College of Chiropractors (F.I.C.C.).
Dr. Tasharski currently teaches courses for the D.C. program in normal radiological anatomy and variants, X-ray physics and technology and radiology of arthritides and trauma. He also teaches the diagnostic imaging overview course in the N.D. program.
