Professor, Clinical Sciences
Dr. Charles Tasharski received his doctor of chiropractic degree in 1967 from National College of Chiropractic (now NUHS). Following graduation he completed a three academic year residency in radiology under the auspices of Dr. Leonard Ritchie of NCC.
Professor Tasharski has held a faculty position in the radiological sciences department at NUHS for over 40 years. In addition, he served as a chiropractic physician in private practice in Berwyn, Lemont, and Lockport, Illinois, for over 15 years. He is a long-time member of the American Chiropractic Association and National College Alumni Association, as well as a fellow in the International College of Chiropractors (F.I.C.C.).
Dr. Tasharski currently teaches courses for the DC program in normal radiological anatomy and variants, X-ray physics and technology and radiology of arthritides and trauma. He also teaches the diagnostic imaging overview course in the NDprogram.
