Julia Liebich is the chief clinician of naturopathic medicine at National University of Health Sciences. Dr. Liebich earned both her doctor of chiropractic and doctor of naturopathic medicine degree from NUHS, and additionally completed a residency in family practice through National, which included earning a master of science degree in advanced clinical practice. She has been a staff clinician in both the chiropractic and naturopathic clinic since 2010.
Prior to working at National, Dr. Liebich completed a diplomate program in comprehensive nutrition from Huntington College of Health Sciences, Knoxville, TN, as well as a bachelor of arts degree at Lawrence University, Appleton, WI. She also spent time as a research technician, following her undergraduate training.
She has been an instructor for various courses at National, including evaluation and management of the thoracic spine, lumbar spine, and extremities, as well as foundations of natural medicine and special populations.
Dr Liebich's passion for health and nutrition is displayed in her lifestyle and the care of her patients. Dr Liebich grew up on rolling hills of northern Wisconsin, which instilled within her a love for the great outdoors. She has spent time living in Europe, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado and California. She is an avid skier, runner, hiker, and kayaker and loves to share her zest for life with students and patients alike.
